A patch test is required before your first treatment
Prior to your very first appointment with us, you must have a patch test. After your successful patch test, you can book as many appointments with us as you wish. The patch test takes no longer than 10 minutes. There must be at least 24 hours between your patch test and your first brow appointment. To book at patch test, please click here. To secure a patch test appointment, a booking fee of £5 is charged. This is refunded once you have your first eyelash treatment, or it is refunded if the patch test determines we cannot offer you a lash appointment.
A patch test is carried out to determine if you are one of the small number of individuals who have a sensitivity to the process used.
If it has been over 6 months since your last visit a patch test will need to be repeated.

Pre & Post Lash Treatment Care
- Patch required at least 24 hours before
- Please arrive to you appointment make up free on the brow area. Self tan reacts with with the tint so please do not apply this prior to your appointment.
- If you wear contact lenses, please remove them and wear your glasses on the day of the treatment.
- AVOID WATER
- Avoid heat/steam/saunas
- Avoid rubbing brow area
- Use conditioning products daily
- Comb brows into desired style daily
